Fx CDSS is operated by Fx. Independent Advisory (Leon Xu, sole trader) · ABN 47 324 504 763 · Melbourne, Australia — sole trader, no Pty Ltd. This page describes what personal information is collected on this site, why, how it's stored, and your rights under Australian privacy law.
What personal information we collect
Three pieces of personal information are collected on this site, and only when you voluntarily provide them:
- Work email address — required when you request the IGR-001 Executive Brief sample (the "sample gate"). Used once to fulfil the request and to send the follow-up email containing the download link.
- Name (optional) — captured if provided in the sample-request form. Used to address the follow-up email and to inform future engagement scoping.
- Organisation (optional) — captured if provided in the sample-request form. Used to inform future engagement scoping.
No cookies are set by this site beyond what the hosting provider (Netlify) requires for delivery and security. No third-party tracking, analytics, advertising, or remarketing pixels are deployed.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the requested sample to the email address provided.
- To respond to direct enquiries about engagements.
- To maintain a record of who has accessed sample material and which organisation they identified with, for the purpose of scoping future engagement conversations.
Your data is never sold, traded, or shared with marketing-list providers, third-party data brokers, or affiliate programs.
How it's stored
- Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (the site's hosting provider) and accessible only to the site operator. Netlify's privacy posture is described at netlify.com/privacy.
- Email correspondence sent to
leon@fxadvisory.com.auis hosted on Google Workspace under the Fx Advisory domain. Google's data-handling practices are described at workspace.google.com/terms/dpa_terms. - Payment data (when applicable) is processed by Stripe; Fx CDSS does not store payment card details. Stripe's privacy posture is at stripe.com/privacy.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information held about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date;
- Request deletion of personal information no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected;
- Make a complaint about how your information has been handled.
To exercise any of these rights, email leon@fxadvisory.com.au with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Requests are typically actioned within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with how a request has been handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
Fx CDSS is a professional-services site directed at hospital governance committees, SaMD developers, and regulatory-track teams. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in an updated date below. Substantive changes will also be flagged via the site's changelog discipline (every load-bearing change is sourced and dated).
